If you are an IRB Administrator, Reviewer or Board Member, by logging into your site, you can review all necessary documents or the upcoming IRB agenda.

Just log into your site with the UserName and Password that your OPRS or IRB office provided for you in email, and you can enter the information into electronic forms or upload supporting documentation for your studies. Once you've completed the paperwork, your application is sent to your IRB Administrators, and you can track the progress of your study through the remaining approval process.
If additional information is required, your IRB Administrator will send your study back for additional changes.
